Ap Bio Lab 5 Respiration Negative Control

cream-strawberry dessert


- 1 kg of ripe strawberries
- 500 ml cream 36%
-
sugar to taste - vanilla flavor
- 3-4 teaspoons gelatin

Strawberries treated blender until a smooth mousse. Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Whip cream to stiff, sweeten to taste with vanilla and spice flavors. Prepare three layers:
1) 3 / 4 strawberries + 1 / 3 of cream + 1 / 2 gelatin
Pour into cups, set aside to the concentration of (I always serve you in the form of shock therapy freezer).




2) 1 / 4 strawberries + 1 / 4 gelatin
Put on the previous layer. Cool.
3) The rest of the whipped cream & gelatin
rest Put to the top. You can decorate with peanut or strawberries.
